- The city should be powered be renewable energy resources like solar, wind and biogas energy.
- The city has it’s own metro transportation, entertainment facilities, Olympic games, Golf house and electrical cars renting units.
- The smart city has it’s own Water and sewage treatment planet and district cooling system using the future technology
